Mommy and Me

A movement and music class designed for the little movers and their parent.This class is the perfect intro to music and movement for the very young child. Basic elements of dance are introduced using props such as scarves, stuffed animals, and musical instruments. Mothers will also get moving with specialized exercises incorporating the child to create a fun and motivating environment.
