Trampoline Fitness

(Limited to 10 Students)

This low impact excircise class that involves jumping on a trampoline to engage your entire body. This style of fitness can help you :

  • Improves cardiovascular health

  • Protects joints

  • Tones your muscles

  • Lymphatic System

Mixxed Fit

A people inspired fitness program that mixes explosive dancing with bootcamp toning. Everything about this class can be described as explosive - Movements are always big and exaggerated. We choose radio hits songs to keep the energy levels high.

Mondays: 7:30-8:30pm (Rob)

Tuesdays: 7:30-8:30pm (Josh)

Thursday: 6:30-7:30pm (amanda)
